Refer a friend Scheme: Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions when the referrer is an existing customer.

The Platts refer a friend scheme is open to existing and previous Platts customers.

To make a valid referral, you must obtain your unique referral code from Platts, via our team, or on a direct email.

Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company is not already in conversation with Platts via any other channel.

There is only one reward for each company/organisation referred. Platts will notify the referrer if the referred party has previously participated in the scheme.

If a referred party is recommended by multiple existing customers, the party with the matching unique referral code submitted by the referred party when ordering will be deemed as the Referrer.

To constitute a valid referral, the referred business must order a full load (Artic -26 Pallets of Sawdust or Bulk Walking Floor, Approx 22 Tonnes, or Rigid Vehicle (14 or 16 pallets Sawdust) and take delivery.

The £100 credit will only be issued for valid referrals, once the referred party has placed an order and taken delivery. Referral credits will be held as a credit balance on your account and then applied as a discount to the charges on your next invoice.

If you, unfortunately, decide to leave us after referring, your credit will remain on your account for 12 months from the time received and can be redeemed within this period if you wish to return.

Referral credits cannot be transferred between account holders.

There is no limit to the number of businesses an existing customer can refer in the scheme duration.

The Referrer may be named in communication between Platts and the referred and vice versa.

The credit will be issued within 30 days of the referred new customer receiving their order (delivered).

There is no cash alternative and Platts reserve the right to withdraw or alter the “Autumn 2019″ referral scheme, change the value of the credit or replace with an alternative, subject to availability.

In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred company/organisation, the decision of Platts is final.

In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to plattsanimalbedding.co.uk within 90 days of the referred new customer ordering. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a Referral fee

Terms and conditions when the referrer is an new customer.

Your referral discount of £100 will be applied to your first order of a full load of bedding.

A full load is as follows: Artic -26 Pallets of Sawdust, or Bulk Walking Floor- Approx. 22 tonnes, or Rigid Vehicle (14-16 pallets Sawdust).

To receive your discount of £100, you must order within 12 months of being referred by an existing customer. The discount will be applied to your first order- and detailed on your Sales Order Documentation.

Each new customer is only permitted to use one referral code. Once you have been referred and your first order is finalised you will be able to refer other companies as an existing customer.
